ALLCARTY.COM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

1.    The Allcarty.com reserves the rights to decide the cancelation of any order also reserves the rights to refuse or cancel any order placed by the customer on account             for price listed incorrectly or for any other reason regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received.
2.    However Allcarty.com shall refund 100% payment after informing the customer
3.    The order once “processed” by the Allcarty.com will not be cancelled even if the seller receives the request by any medium.
4.    It is understood that once the order is placed by the customer, he has accepted all the terms and conditions in respect  to cancellation policy and agrees not to dispute           the decision made by the allcarty.com

 Replacement/Exchange Policy:

Any product ordered can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, except if:

1. The Items that have been used, opened or damaged

2. An item received by allcarty.com is not in the condition it was delivered to the customer.

4. Any item from Personalized and Corporate gifts.

 The team of Allcarty.com takes every measure to ensure that the product delivered to the customer is in the perfect condition. In only such cases as mentioned below, allcarty.com shall replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within a week.

• The item may be damaged during transit

• Or there might be a manufacturing defect

• Or that a wrong item is delivered to you

 To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.  Return Policy: Any item ordered from allcarty.com cannot be returned. It is only possible to exchange the item as per the above Exchange/Replacement Policy.

 Refund Policy of Allcarty.com:

Allcarty.com shall process the 100% return in following cases:

  1. If the product ordered in unavailable
  2. As per the terms and conditions mentioned in cancellation policy
  3. If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end, choice of the customer will be final.
  4. If the order is confirmed by us and the product is not shipped on time to the customer, then we give refunds to the customer, if the customer demands and returns the product in the condition mentioned in replacement/exchange policy
  5. For courier products, if the delivery address is out-side the service area, then 100% refund will be given to the customer
  6. Refund shall be made via Bank Transfer or Cheque  within 7-10 Days after the returned products have been received by allcarty.com

 Shipping Merchandise to Allcarty.com for Replacement/Exchange: For any kind of exchange /replacements/returns a customer can contact us on support@allcarty.com and our customer support team will initiate a reverse pick-up for you. Alternatively, a customer can also ship us the merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. ALLCARTY.com does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.

 Items Damaged in Shipping:

All the packages for the delivery are insured limiting the claimable amount to Rs.5000. However allcarty.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Please contact immediately if any item is lost or damaged during shipping so that our team can immediately contact the shipping company for claims of damages on your behalf. Once the courier company has approved and paid the claim to allcarty.com, we will forward the applicable amount to you (Note: Original insurance cost is not refundable).

An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
