Domestic Shipping:

Logistics is one of the important part of the process. To make it effective allcarty.com provides free shipping on all orders of value Rs. 1000/- and above. Rs.50 against shipping will be charged per orders below Rs.1000/-

 We try to deliver the products within 2-3 working days by allcarty.com. In case of pre-orders for products, the delivery timelines will be notified on the product page or can be found by contacting customer care.

 The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time.

 For shipments delivered outside Delhi, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be charged these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be charged.


International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at the moment.


Tracking:

An E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent to you when your shipment has been dispatched. Please mail us at support@allcarty.com in case of any queries.

To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email to support@allcaty.com, stating your Order Number.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by allcarty.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
